The Mentorship Program connects Pangani Girls High School students with alumni mentors who provide guidance, encouragement, and career insights. Through structured mentorship sessions, career talks, and counselling support, the program helps students build confidence, strengthen academic performance, and prepare for future professional opportunities. Alumni mentors also play a key role in supporting scholarship beneficiaries by offering ongoing personal and academic guidance.
Career Days provide students with exposure to diverse career paths through interactive sessions with alumni and professionals from different fields. These events offer practical insights into education pathways, workplace expectations, and emerging opportunities, helping students make informed decisions about their future studies and careers while building confidence and ambition.
Counselling Support Initiatives provide students with access to guidance and emotional support to help them navigate personal, academic, and social challenges. Through partnerships with trained counsellors and alumni mentors, the program promotes student wellbeing, resilience, and healthy decision-making, creating a supportive environment for learning and personal development.
Sports activities promote physical wellbeing, teamwork, and leadership among students through active participation in school sports programs. The Association supports the development of sports by mobilizing resources, engaging alumni and volunteer coaches, and helping the school strengthen training and participation in competitions.
Annual General Meetings and alumni reunions provide opportunities for members to reconnect, engage in the affairs of the Association, and contribute to its growth and impact. These gatherings strengthen the alumni community, encourage collaboration, and keep members informed about ongoing initiatives and achievements.
